LONDON DUNGEON

After a very long day of walking, Maria and I decided that as soon as we were done with dinner we were going to go to the London Dungeon to enjoy the scary rides uuuuuuhhhh…… but as we never did during the trip, we ate like if it was our last day in London and yes it was… we have almost three main courses and I think we were still hungry!!!! Hahahahaha…… yeahhhh London…. From what I remember the dish included chicken, meat, salad, potato plus beer… (Of course I had to pay for the beer). Well, since we were full and sleepy, plus tired… headache… etc.. We went back to the hotel and relaxed….. so in other words we couldn’t make it to the dungeon… so sad. But this is what it looks like from the outside…. Uhhhh scary isn’t it????

CHANGING OF THE GUARD

Well, finally, The Buckingham Palace….. When I saw the changing of the guard in the internet, all I said was, I have to be there personally. That morning, Saturday March 22, 2008, I woke up early (as usual) and helped Maria with her project; once we were done we jumped in the train to go to the design museum. We were excited, I will say we almost look like locals we knew exactly were to go and we managed the train like Londoners….. but I was worry about the time….. and the show was about to start, I told Maria that I am sorry but I had to go to the Palace, if I wouldn’t have go, I would be mad because to see those guards with the funny hat on, was the most important thing to see while in London, thus she told me that she understand and we decided to meet at one o’clock at the London Eye…. I rushed my self to the Palace and guess what????? I was there five minutes before the show… yuppy… Lindita at the Buckingham Palace…. That was definitely amazing. They are very organized, shine, splendid, breathtaking, etc……. I was there in the front line and I had the opportunity to take pictures and get some video…..

Saint Patricks Day

St. Patrick's Day Myspace Comments
They thought on moving the date but they decided to celebrated on its original day, March 17.
The date of the feast is occasionally moved by church authorities due to March 17 falling in Holy Week; this last happened in 1940, when Saint Patrick's Day was observed on 3 April in order to avoid it coinciding with Palm Sunday, and will happen again in 2008, when it shall be held on 15 March to avoid the second day in Holy Week. It means we will be on the plane while Dublin celebrates Saint Patrick's Day.

WHILE IN LONDON......

I WILL LIKE TO DRIVE THROUGH THIS BRIDGE………. HOPE I CAN SEE IT....
Tower Bridge is a combined bascule and suspension bridge in London, England over the River Thames. It is close to the Tower of London, which gives it its name. It has become an iconic symbol of London. Tower Bridge is owned and maintained by Bridge House Estates, a charitable trust overseen by the Corporation of London.(wikipedia)

One place that I definitely want to go and visit while in London, is Buckingham Palace (the official London residence of the British monarch). The palace is a setting for state occasions and royal entertaining, and a major tourist attraction. It has been a rallying point for the British people at times of national rejoicing and crisis.

UHMM!!!!! SOUNDS LIKE A REALLY AMAZING AIRPORT TO VISIT..... I WONDER IF THIS IS THE AIRPORT WHERE WE ARE GOING TO LAND OR TO TAKE OFF WHEN WE RETURN HOME........
London Heathrow Airport is the busiest airport in the world for international traffic. On completion of the fifth terminal, due for 2008, Heathrow will once again be the world's busiest airport, and will handle a mixture of full-service domestic, European and inter-continental scheduled passenger flights. WHAT AM I EXPECTING TO SEE IN DUBLIN

This is a country I never though I was going to visit (at least this fast), but since I am having this opportunity to go to Ireland, there are different places I will like to visit. I have always heard that Ireland is one of the countries in Europe with the most historic castles. But the Dublin Castle has a large history that I will like to discover myself. In the picture above, Dublin Castle (Irish: Caisleán Bhaile Átha Cliath) off Dame Street, Dublin, Republic of Ireland, is a major Irish governmental complex, formerly the fortified seat of British rule in Ireland until 1922. Most of the complex dates from the 18th century, though a castle has stood on the site since the days of King John, the first Lord of Ireland. The Castle served as the seat of English, then later British government of Ireland under the Lordship of Ireland (1171–1541), the Kingdom of Ireland (1541–1800), and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland (1800–1922). Upon establishment of the Irish Free State in 1922, the complex was ceremonially handed over to the newly formed Provisional Government led by Michael Collins. (wikipedia).
